We are a fully automated Diemaking department. We run both PC and Mac platforms and the files we deal with are:

Gerber and Helmold Systems

The Diemaking Dept uses Gerber Profile and Helmold rule processing system, which allow Apex to create Steel rule dies with precision and speed unprecedented to Northern California.

The Gerber Profile 408 is extremely accurate and very efficient. The profile can create die tools such as die boards, counter plates, strippers (male and females) at a minimal cost.

The maximum die board size is 41" x 56"

The Helmold Diemaster produces completely finished pieces of straight and mitered cut, nothched, bent, and nicked in-line rule.
